Ecoforest ecoSMART e-manager
Ecoforest ecoSMART e-manager
Energy management system for surplus of renewable electricity production – single phase (three phase compatible with additional meter). This is a patented system, available exclusively from Ecoforest.
The ecoSMART e-manager is a unique, electronic device from Ecoforest, which has been specifically designed to manage different renewable energy sources and allow more efficient operation. With a strong focus on renewable electricity peripherals and in conjunction with the Ecoforest ecoGEO and ecoAIR heat pumps, the e-manager uses the heat pump and thermal storage to take advantage of what our environment offers in terms of heat, and determines the best course of action for the most beneficial outcome.
By controlling the inputs and determining the best course of action for the consumption and/or storage of the available energy, the e-manager can significantly reduce the electrical consumption of the installation as well as maximising other free energy sources such as solar PV. This makes the system extraordinarily efficient and ensures minimal ongoing running costs. Also compatible with three phase systems – appropriate three phase meter required.

- Hybridisation of Ecoforest heat pumps with renewable electricity sources
- Patented technology, unique to Ecoforest
- Single and three phase compatibility
- Integrated energy meters
- Modular system without requirement for batteries
- Advanced surplus management - store surplus electrical energy as thermal energy
- Rate control - advanced prioritisation for electricity use during low-rate periods
- Limitiation of power - modulation of heat pump power in line with available renewable electricity supply (ie. work harder when the sun is strong, modulate if it clouds over)
